Borgo San Polino

Immersed in the Chianti hills Borgo Polino has been restored to a high level whilst maintaining all the traditional features of a Tuscan estate. The three houses sit above the pool which is about 50m from the accommodation. There is lots of space to spread out and the comfortable 9 bedrooms easily can sleep up to 18 people with the possibility of adding a few further members of you party on sofa beds.

The Main Villa On the ground floor you find the super kitchen, fully equipped with all mod cons and a lovely central island. There are doors that lead directly into the garden

A spacious dining room has a large table for those special meals, just outside is a further dining area with ample space for everyone to enjoy those balmy Tuscan evenings. The ground floor is completed by a living room and a TV room, both also with access to the outdoors.

On the first floor you find three double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, one of these bedrooms has a dressing area where there is a double sofa bed should extra beds be required.

Just across the courtyard is the cottage. There is a second kitchen and 5 further double bedrooms (two of which can be either double or twin beds). Ground Floor The third building houses a well-equipped gym and sauna. The final double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a final living area with double sofa bed on the mezzanine floor.

Borgo San Polino is ideal for those seeking a place to hunker down and enjoy the countryside and time together. Day trips are easy with the hilltop towns of Chianti close by and Siena and Florence within a short drive. We think you might just want to make home right at Borgo Polino and not stray too far from the pool and villa.
