About Villa Venus

Villa Venus is one of those rarities in Sicily - a villa with a pool and within easy walking distance from a sandy beach. It has a modern feel with everything you could wish for from a holiday home.

The owner of Villa Venus has created a stylish, contemporary holiday home which is located in the south east corner of Sicily. It's positioned within easy striking distance of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, to name but a few local towns of interest, for day trips.

Entry is via gates which lead into a private parking area. A large, covered terrace over-looks the pool and garden which is mostly laid to lawn. To the side of the garden is a large, well equipped outside kitchen area including an open fire to barbecue on. To the side of the external kitchen is a shower room.

The covered terrace offers a large dining area along with comfortable seating. Glass doors lead into a kitchen/dining and living area. On the ground floor you will also find three bedrooms; two doubles and a twin, all with ensuite shower rooms.

Stone steps lead up the exterior of the property to a fourth double bedroom which also has an ensuite shower room and a sofa bed to accommodate a further two children.
