Villa Paradisus is a modern villa with superb outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing. A short stroll away lies the super beach and for those looking for an early morning swim it is perfectly located.

Surrounded by well-maintained gardens this three-bedroom villa is ideal for those wanting to be close to the sea and yet in a great location for exploring south east Sicily. Marzamemi is only a few minutes away with its charming harbour and wealth of restaurants and bars.

The villa is all on one level and has n open plan kitchen / living area. All three bedrooms are doubles and have en suite bathrooms (all showers). Outside there are several areas around the pool and the outdoor kitchen is a real treat.

With towns like Noto, Siracusa and Modica a short drive away visitors have plenty of choice for day trips, however we do think with the beach nearby and the great pool it will be difficult to leave Villa Paradisus.
