We loved Villa Gianni, very well set up for us as a family of 4, plenty of room and we made use of outside kitchen too. The beds were comfy, the rooms were cool using the air-conditioning at night. We spent most days by the pool or in the shady garden areas, then went to different beautiful towns in the evenings: Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Marzamemi and Scicli all highly recommended and easy drives to and fro. We spent 2 nights in Catania before the villa and went on a Mount Etna tour, visited catacombs and Pantallica on the way to the villa and came home via Ortigia. Feel like the villa was the perfect spot to explore the whole area. Beach very easy walk, we went for early morning swims in beautiful calm and warm seas. Loredana gave us a friendly welcome, the local bakery visited the lane each morning by van to sell fresh bread and sweet treats. August 2023
