Beautiful 3 bedroom villa located in a prime location in pretty Porto Rafael.

This stylish villa sits in the heart of Porto Rafael just a couple of minutes away from Harry's Bar and the great grocery shop.

Recently refurbished the style and decor is perfect for a summer house close to the sea. Surrounded by shady trees and impressive granite rock formations, the villa has a pretty lawned garden that faces the sea and the beautiful islands of the Archipelago of La Maddalena.

Entrance take you in to the spacious lounge that opens on the to furnished terrace. A dining area and well equipped kitchen sit at one end of the lounge along with a double bedroom and shower room. The second bedroom and shower room are found at the opposite end of the lounge. The third double bedroom is located in the garden with WC and an outside shower.
