This pretty house is part of a small estate including Casa Terrazza and Casa in Pietra, all positioned on the very southern tip of the famous Costa Smeralda, only a 2-minute walk to the beautiful fine sandy bay of Capriccioli with its crystal-clear turquoise water. The new and inviting pool is set in the private gardens at the back of the estate and exclusive to these 3 properties. And for a little entertainment, you are only 5 minutes from the beautiful Pevero Golf Course and 10 minutes from Porto Cervo where you can indulge in a little celebrity spotting (August being the best time for this activity).

Surrounded by lovely gardens, the main entrance takes you into the large and spacious lounge, with lots of light coming from the two huge glass windows, one at the front and one at the back. White furnishings, white walls and a super white tiled floor give it a truly Mediterranean feel, and the open-plan lounge and dining area is stylishly decorated with a mix of modern and antique furniture. The small kitchen leads off the dining area where you will find a hob, oven and fridge-freezer.

The bedrooms are located off the lounge through a wooden door – Here you will find a master bedroom with ensuite shower room and walk-in wardrobe, furnished with antique furniture from the owner's family. A second double bedroom has a superb bed made of wrought iron and shares a shower room with a lovely children's room equipped with one single bed plus another pull-out single bed and a wooden raised level, the ideal place to play.

At the back of the villa, there is a terrace with a fabulous built-in barbecue and table for alfresco dining in perfect surrounds under the wonderful clear blue sky. Wild olive trees are the backdrop during the day, and the dark star-studded sky is simply awesome at night. The super pool is just a couple of steps away from the terrace and with the beach, just a couple of minutes walk away, this chic accommodation is a winner for a great holiday in Sardinia.
