Built on a hillside, Hotel Cala di Lepre affords superb sea-views over the bay of Le Saline and across to Baia Sardinia. The hotel has been designed with plenty of space, and as well as the wonderful sandy beach, it boasts a lovely new pool – large and almost on sea level – with a poolside bar open for snacks and drinks throughout the day. The original swimming pool, hidden amongst the greenery, has been turned into a chic spa area – d’Ea Marina – where you can enjoy the benefits of salt water treatments plus the use of the sauna, small gym and book various massages and beauty treatments (payable locally).
The typical Mediterranean rooms have been divided into two categories Golfo, which are closer to the main building and beach area and Parco, which are a little further away. All the accommodation has been completely renovated and is furnished using local materials. The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, safe, mini-bar, telephone and shower room with hairdryer, plus a good-sized terrace with table and chairs, ensuring beautiful countryside and sea-views can be admired at all times. Due to the size of the hotel site, you may find your room is a few minutes walk from the some of the facilities, but a gentle stroll to the bar for an evening aperitif, or a walk through the Mediterranean greenery on your way to the beach, can only enhance your experience at this super hotel.
There are two areas within the hotel: Parco and Golfo.
These rooms are generally little further away from the main part of the hotel, and about 600 metres from the sea perfect if you're looking for a little extra peace.
These rooms are closer to reception and the entertainment amenities, and between 200 and 400 metres from the sea.
Both areas offer Standard Double rooms for 2 guests, Suites with separate lounge area for up to 4 guests and Senior Suites with a double and a twin bedroom, plus lounge area for up to 6 guests.
There are 2 restaurants for you to choose from L'Arcipelago with its super terrace, serves a mouth-watering buffet including international and local dishes. Le Terrazze has a great panorama and is for the more romantic candle-lit tables with attentive service and a selection of grilled meats and fish make for great dining. Should you wish to take lunch, the Mediterannean buffet is available from 13.00 to 14.30 (payable locally) a wonderful selection of cold and hot dishes along with an excellent choice of salads and fresh fruits. (Le Terrazze will open at the discretion of the management.)
The Wellness Centre – D’Ea Marina Spa – has been beautifully created amidst the wonderful Mediterranean flora and offers a wealth of treaments, massages and beauty care. The thalasso-therapy pools are the perfect place to unwind in heated and non-heated sea-water, ebbing away your stress, aches and pains pure heaven!
Younger guests will have a super time at Cala di Lepre at the Mini - Junior Club, open from 20/05 to 14/09 for children between 3 to 14 years old, 7 days a week, from 09.30 to 23.00. Children can have lunch or dinner with the entertainers in a reserved area of the restaurant (on reservation, with a supplement for lunch for children on HB basis).
The Mini Club has a great playground for the youngest children and there is a nursery with bottle service for the tiny guests. Children in the Junior Club may have fun trying various sports including tennis, beach volley, five-a-side football, archery and dancing. Furthermore, the hotel offers a riding school with tame horses ideal for beginners that’s open from 20/05 to 14/09. Here there are group introductory horse riding lessons, free of charge for children from 8 to 14 years old (minimum of three participants).
Hotel Cala di Lepre prefers to use an electronic card for all cash payments during your stay this will be issued to you on arrival and you may credit any amount onto it at any time during your holiday. This makes life a lot easier, you have no need to carry cash around with you whilst swimming, sunbathing or walking along the super sandy beach.
With the sun-loungers and umbrellas available on the beach (payable locally), the sun-beds around the pool plus many deck areas offering both shady and sunny spots, we are confident you will have a happy and relaxing holiday at Hotel Cala di Lepre.
