Villa Petrirossa

This recently renovated 4 bedroom villa is superbly positioned to explore the Valle d'Itria and surrounding area.

The villa sits high on the hillside with splendid views over olive groves to the front and rear of the property. It's worth noting the final 50m to the villa there is a steep driveway.

There is a super outside kitchen, necessary as there is no internal kitchen, which offers a barbecue, oven, pizza oven, fridge, dishwasher and sink. The area is covered with a bamboo pergola and there's a large table to seat up to

Entry to the main house is via a large covered terrace which is furnished with a comfortable seating area and can be enclosed. From the terrace entrance to the interior is into a small hallway off which are two large double bedrooms, both ensuite. The master double bedroom has a large freestanding bath within the bedroom and a door leads to the side terrace where there is external seating. From the hallway there is a second door leading to a large terrace with steps down to the pool area where there is plenty more seating and the same wonderful view.

To the left of the main house there is a third double bedroom with ensuite shower which is accessed from the front terrace. This pretty bedroom has exposed stone walls and offers a haven of cool during the warmer summer months. The fourth and final double room can either inter-connect with the third double, or the door between the two rooms can be closed and accessed from the terrace. Neither of these two rooms can be accessed from the main villa.

The villa is not rented in the winter months due to no internal sitting room or kitchen.
