Trullo Giardini

Everything was just as we hoped. Wonderful. October 2024

Trullo Giardini was recommended to us by Ian and suited us perfectly. In fact it was so gorgeous we hardly left it all week. We loved the quiet location, secluded olive grove and so much space, we also dipped in the pool several times every day. We read, cooked and drank local food and wine which was both inexpensive and delicious. On Prue's recommendation we ate out in beautiful Martina Franco one night and had morning coffee at the little shop in Galante. Everything was very good. We were the first guests of the season and had a few teething problems but these were quickly resolved for us. June 2024

We wish we had booked another week. The photos probably don't do justice to the size of the plot, the garden, the olive trees, the mature figs by the pool. Kitchen modern and well equipped. A really great environment for a holiday. September 2023

Firstly may I say that Prue (who happened to be there during our first week) was absolutely delightful. The care and effort she has put into making Trullo Giardini a fabulous experience is exemplary. All the fixtures and fittings, including cutlery and plates were of the highest quality. Trying to be constructive, this is a generic problem, and not a criticism, mobile communication where the Trullo is situated is none existent, so too the surrounding area for some distance. Unfortunately due to the adverse weather conditions at the beginning of our stay, it took out the wifi mast and with it connection, this was rectified after a couple of days, but it did highlight how much we rely on being in communication with the outside world. I have to say some might be thankful to be off grid but it can be rather restricting under certain circumstances. We found using the car GPS system worked the best when going out initially before we got our bearings. May 2023

We had the most wonderful stay in Trullo Giardini! Perfect location close to Martina Franca (still so authentic!), beautifully restored Trullo in an absolutely magnificent setting. We did not meet the wild fox so we willl have to come back 😉. And Prue is a wonderful host, excellent tips and taking care of even the smallest details and help; a real ambassador for Puglia. Wonderful accommodation - beautifully furnished! loved Pru's style. The pool was the perfect size for our us and we spent an awful lot of time in it! If you could pass on our heart felt thanks to Pru! She was so welcoming and it was a pleasure to meet the owner.

Simple but really good – just what we were looking for. We had a lovely holiday, and I can easily anticipate that we may return toTrullo Giardini.
