About Palazzo Pappada

Modern Palazzo in the heart of Muro Leccese with Salento life on your doorstep.

Muro Leccese is a sophisticated small town in the heart of the Basso Salento. With several eateries, shops and bars on the doorstep this super modern villa offers the perfect holiday accommodation for a group of adults or an extended family.

Built on three levels the villa has three separate areas.

Entry is into a small garden area which is framed by a stone arch flanked by banana trees.

Stone steps lead to the next level where a spectacular living room with vaulted ceilings leading out to the beautiful pool area. On this level you will also find a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a private garden with an external shower.

The third area is accessed via more stone steps which lead up to a garden which is planted with Jacaranda trees, shrubs and plants and where you'll find a 30m pergola under which sits a dining area seating up to 16 people. On this level you will find a fully equipped kitchen/living area and 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. There is also 6th bathroom with a double shower.

This unique villa has special touches throughout and offers extremely comfortable and well considered accommodation. It's enhanced by lush landscapes, modern architecture and art, all of which blend seamlessly with the local architecture.

The bold new lines of this glorious town house sensitively weave modern design with the villas ancient setting in the centre of the historic 16th century town of Muro Leccese, an authentic Pugliese town close to the Adriatic coast.

The large light rooms are painted white and decorated with original art from the owners' private collection. The furniture is a careful collection of designer and vintage pieces, light in mood and considered for comfort too.

The gardens are wonderful and include a large shaded dining terrace, an outdoor kitchen set in a profusion of plants, trees and shrubs with views over the old town.

This is the perfect place to stay with friends or extended family. There are restaurants, cafes and bars just a short stroll away and the soft sandy beaches of the Adriatic are within easy access too.

For larger groups, including wedding parties and other celebrations, two sister properties - Palazzo Ferramosca and Palazzo Bevilacqua

each with their own pool and gardens can accommodate up to 40 guests.

There is also a table tennis table which sits in a small private garden to the side of the property. This area is shared with Palazzo Ferramosca, and is completely separate from both villas.
