Casale Montelparo

When a regular client of Essential Italy decided to buy a villa in Italy our sadness at losing a cherished client quickly turned to glee when she sent us pictures of her new house in Le Marche. Casale Montelparo is set in the rolling hills of Le Marche, a wonderful region with so much to explore and discover. Being only a 30 minute drive to the sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast this villa really ticks so many boxes that we would strongly suggest booking early.

The property is made up of two buildings. The main farmhouse and a converted chapel. The large pool will be a focal point of your holiday with enchanting views across the valley below towards the mountains on the horizon. From dawn to dusk the everchanging landscape will hypnotise you, whether reading a book, sipping a glass of local wine or having family fun in the pool the backdrop is wonderful.

A flight of steps lead from the pool to the Villa. A large terraced area leads into the light and spacious living quarters and large well-equipped kitchen. This kitchen was thoroughly modernised last year.. In the main villa there are 5 bedrooms, all with super en suite bathrooms (one with a bathtub). Two of these bedrooms can have either double or twin beds. The chapel is independent and lies a few metres from the main villa, ideal for grandparents. It has a large living area and double bedroom with en suite on the ground floor and a further en suite double on the first floor.

The nearby hilltop small town of Montelparo is charming and has a couple of eateries and typical local shops. When you manage to drag yourself away from the pool there are a host of small villages to explore and some fantastic places to dine at. With the coast only a 30 minute drive away and towns such as Macerata, Ascoli Piceno and the Sibillini National park all make for super day trips. We recommend booking early...
