First-rate accommodation. All essential needs met and more. Beautiful location – just as advertised. Home from home. House very well kitted out. Air con system was brilliant. Beach towels were a super extra. Loved the location. In the town but very quiet and peaceful. Daniela was just lovely! She was very attentive in an unobtrusive way. She has a wonderful passion for her country, a fountain of knowledge. This property was so well equipped. It ticked every box for us. Loved it!

Can only describe it as perfect! Our welcome pack, arriving so late was a VERY welcome gift and provided us with a drink and a snack to unwind that night AND breakfast the next morning! So kind and generous. The apartment had all we needed and some. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you for looking after us so well. We would not hesitate to use Essential Italy again or recommend the service to someone else.

Loved it. Fantastic location and a very well appointed bungalow. We loved the terrace and the view. It was so relaxing and easy to just walk down to the sea and then back to the terrace again. The accommodation had everything anyone could need as well as a lovely welcome hamper. Great welcome from the owner, despite our poor Italian and Daniella was so professional and a mine of information. She has even ‘sold’ us our next holiday in Sardinia. She is a great ambassador for Essential Italy. We will definitely use Essential Italy again and have recommended you to many friends.

Excellent, friendly and efficient service by staff who are obviously Italy enthusiasts. We loved our ‘beach house’, it was everything we imagined. Well equipped, simple but comfortable and right on the beach! We are now totally sold on renting properties like Faccia a Mare where you can get out of bed and straight into the sea, then spend the day mooching round beautiful places and ending up in the evening in a great local restaurant that serves fish straight from the local sea. he owners were lovely, especially as we arrived late at night, and Daniella was cheerfully helpful. Just to say thank you so much to Essential Italy. We really had a brilliant week and we will definitely be booking with you again.

A very well equipped beach house with a lovely location 15 minutes walk into town along the beach. Even in June the air con in the bedrooms was very useful. Sea swimming was lovely and we could see Malta (?) in lights across the sea at night. Highly recommended.

Excellent service... would have been useful to have an additional fan but otherwise absolutely fab!! Very rustic and relaxing. Totally amazing and sincere, Daniella is a gem!! Perfect... will be booking another holiday soon!!
