Villa Cavaliere holds an amazing position on the hillside just a few kilometres from the magnificent baroque town of Noto and the spectacular beaches found in the Vendicari Reserve. The super pool and great patio, perfect for al-fresco meals at any time of day, are surrounded by wonderful indigenous trees including almonds, oranges, lemons and age-old olives. The splendid panorama across the gardens stretches to the coastline making the sparkling blue sea a permanent fixture by day and the twinkling star-studded sky by night.

The villa sits in an oasis of peace and tranquillity in private parkland shared only with another similar property, Villa Tuffo. All on one level, Villa Cavaliere is a contemporary building with light and space being the main priorities and all the rooms have large glass doors that open out on to the patio. The villa comprises of a large furnished patio with huge sliding glass panels that open into the modern kitchen – the view is never compromised even for the lucky cook who gets to work here! A comfy lounge is found to one side of the kitchen with smart white sofas and red accessories, satellite TV and DVD player and there are 3 double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms plus a utility room with washing machine. The level of furnishings is simple but elegantly chic with a mixture of clean primary colours, stone floors and modern furniture. Outside there is a great barbeque area and an external shower.

The pretty pool sits in front of the villa with olive trees providing some welcome shade during the hotter parts of the day. There are many smaller patios and tiny terraces dotted around the property should you wish to enjoy some more solitary moments contemplating which beach or town to visit next or simply admiring the superb countryside views and breathing in some wonderfully clean and perfumed air, perhaps with a glass of chilled local Chardonnay.
